• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
• Provide information about our lounge services and amenities.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment, including cleaning and organizing the lounge area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Promote our lounge's special events and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of service are met.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a good understanding of Korean would be an advantage.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform other physically demanding tasks.
