📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure the smooth operation of banking services, including teller operations, loan processing, and customer service.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of banking services.
• Represent the bank at community events and networking activities to build strong relationships with local stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch operations management, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using banking software such as Core Banking System (CBS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
