As an Optometrist or Optician at Optical 88, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive eye care services to our valued customers. Your daily tasks will include conducting eye exams, prescribing glasses and contact lenses, and offering personalized advice to ensure optimal vision and eye health. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough eye examinations using advanced diagnostic tools such as autorefractors, visual field analyzers, and slit lamps.
• Prescribe and dispense glasses and contact lenses tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide personalized advice on eye health, vision correction, and lifestyle habits to maintain optimal vision.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience, from consultation to follow-up care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and eye care through continuous professional development.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using our in-house software.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Promote our brand values and customer service standards in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Optometry or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in optometry or a related field.
• Professional certification from a recognized optometry board (e.g., American Optometric Association, Australian and New Zealand Optometric Association).
• Strong knowledge of eye anatomy, physiology, and common eye conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with optical software and diagnostic tools is a plus.
