📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the R&D team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with business goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to source materials and components.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain product excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive the adoption of new tools and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within R&D or a similar field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing R&D projects and teams.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
