In your daily tasks, you will conduct process analysis, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement using tools like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and resolve process issues.
• Utilize ERP systems to track and analyze production data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operational excellence and industrial engineering.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational excellence and industrial engineering, with a proven track record of driving significant efficiency gains.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant industrial engineering certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct process analysis and develop improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and best practices in the automotive or related industries is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
