📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning and execution of interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is realized.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in interior design.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the interior design industry.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Procore, Autodesk Revit, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Bali’s market and regulations.
• Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
