📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging Math and English lessons tailored to children aged 3-15 years
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning growth
• Collaborate with fellow educators to create a comprehensive and supportive learning environment
• Utilize educational software and tools such as Prodigy, Khan Academy Kids, and educational games to enhance learning experiences
• Plan and implement group activities and projects to foster teamwork and creativity
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in early childhood education
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and confidence

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Math and English to young learners
• Certification in early childhood education or a related field is a plus
• Strong knowledge of educational software and tools such as Prodigy, Khan Academy Kids, and educational games
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for inspiring and educating young minds
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
