📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards.
• Oversee daily QA and QC activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management systems using tools like SAP QM and other relevant software.
• Train and mentor QA and QC teams on best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all business processes.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems in agribusiness or food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
