📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Processing and analyzing patient samples using state-of-the-art laboratory equipment such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and spectrophotometers.
• Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Recording and documenting test results in accordance with hospital protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting in the preparation of specimens for testing, including blood, urine, and other biological samples.
• Participating in quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of laboratory results.
• Collaborating with medical staff to provide timely and accurate test results for patient care.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines for laboratory operations.
• Assisting in the maintenance and organization of the laboratory workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
