📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for construction projects.
• Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Provide financial support to the construction division, including cost analysis and variance reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and tax.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
