📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Design and conduct training sessions based on the needs of the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Report on training program outcomes and recommendations for future development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong background in educational psychology and training methodologies.
  • Proven ability to design and conduct effective training sessions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using training management software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
