In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our tenants and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and enhance relationships with tenants to ensure their satisfaction and retention.,Manage and coordinate property maintenance and repairs to keep the warehouse facilities in optimal condition.,Handle tenant inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of lease agreements, notices, and other administrative documents.,Monitor and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property details.,Assist in the organization and execution of property inspections and audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in tenant relations, property administration, or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants and other stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Familiarity with property management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.,Strong problem-solving skills to address tenant issues and property concerns.
