📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer service team.,Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor and improve customer service metrics and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order management and customer service.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and orders.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related field.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with customer service software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
