📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage a team of sales associates and provide training and development opportunities,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of store operations with overall business goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales,Strong knowledge of retail operations and industry trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
