PT Harapan Hasta is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Tanah Abang. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-organized environment.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Manage store budgets and expenses, and prepare regular financial reports.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store, including driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and technologies.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
