📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of company facilities,Ensure all construction projects are completed on time and within budget,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution,Manage and maintain company equipment and machinery,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures,Ensure all work areas are clean and well-maintained,Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards,Experience with project management software is a plus,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
