📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the university's facilities and infrastructure.,Develop and implement strategic plans for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of campus facilities.,Manage a team of facilities and operations staff, providing leadership and guidance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Collaborate with other university departments to ensure the efficient use of resources and the delivery of high-quality services.,Monitor and report on the performance of facilities and operations, identifying areas for improvement.,Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to address facility and operational challenges.,Represent the university at external meetings and events, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities and operations management, preferably in an academic or high-demand environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of successful project management and budget control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Familiarity with international standards and best practices in facilities and operations management.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
