Sumber Krisna Health Center is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the health center receives the necessary supplies and equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering supplies and equipment.,Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products.,Monitor and analyze purchasing trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those related to procurement and healthcare.,Provide support to the procurement team as needed, including assisting with data entry and analysis.,Attend and participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and other stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and guidelines is a plus.
