📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer preferences.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries and desserts by following food safety and quality standards.,Manage inventory and ordering of raw materials to ensure smooth production.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace to ensure food safety and efficiency.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making to continuously improve the quality of our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating delicious and innovative pastry dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Ability to manage inventory and ordering of raw materials.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western pastry techniques and ingredients.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations as needed.
