📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.,Supervise and coordinate the work of the operations team to achieve company goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics is a plus.
