📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire loan processing workflow, from application to approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather and verify documentation required for loan approval.
• Use loan processing software such as Encompass, LoanPro, or similar tools to input and manage loan data.
• Conduct quality checks on loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise during the loan processing stage.
• Maintain and update loan processing systems and databases.
• Provide excellent customer service to applicants and ensure a positive experience throughout the loan process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in loan processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in loan processing or a related administrative role.
• Proficient in using loan processing software such as Encompass, LoanPro, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage and hire purchase loan processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
