PT Raya Kartika is looking for a dynamic and passionate Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance manager in various financial activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a keen interest in developing their career in finance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,Support the finance manager in various financial activities,Maintain and update financial records and databases,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses,Provide support in the preparation of tax returns and filings,Assist in the preparation of financial analyses and presentations,Provide support in the preparation of internal controls and compliance activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance,Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
