📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Handle all cash transactions accurately and securely.,Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in and phone customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and maintain cash levels to prevent shortages or overages.,Train and develop new cashiers to ensure high standards of performance.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and submit accurate financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and security measures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash management software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Proven track record of customer service excellence.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
