📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations,Identifying and recommending improvements to internal processes and controls,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of internal audits,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and recommendations,Providing support and guidance to other departments on internal control and compliance matters,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal audits

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with auditing standards and guidelines is a plus
