📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop industrial properties, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property conditions and identify development opportunities.,Prepare and present detailed reports on property developments, including progress updates and financial analyses.,Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice and recommendations.,Assist in the negotiation and finalization of property transactions and leases.,Maintain accurate records of property transactions, leases, and maintenance activities.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial property management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with property management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
