Conduct job analysis and job descriptions.Recruit, select, and onboard new employees.Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.Administer and enforce company policies and procedures.Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.Handle employee benefits and compensation.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Coordinate with other departments to support business objectives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the mining industry.Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.🛠️ Keahlian
