As an Executive, Branch Support Operations (Fleet), you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet of vehicles used by our branch teams. Your daily tasks will involve scheduling, tracking, and maintaining our fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing downtime. You will also be responsible for coordinating with branch managers and teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the fleet of vehicles used by branch teams, including scheduling, tracking, and maintenance.
• Ensure optimal utilization of the fleet and minimize downtime through proactive monitoring and management.
• Coordinate with branch managers and teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on fleet performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Fleet Management team to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with other business processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role in the automotive or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools, such as Geotab, Fleetio, or similar.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating vehicle fleets, including scheduling, tracking, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with branch managers and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and the used car market in Southeast Asia is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
