Tanggung Jawab:

• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive technical vision and strategy for backend development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend solutions.
• Ensure high-quality code standards and best practices are followed.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, and propose innovative solutions.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
• Represent the engineering team in company-wide initiatives and decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong background in software engineering.
• Proven track record as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
• Deep understanding of backend technologies, including but not limited to, databases, APIs, and server-side frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
