📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of construction and development projects, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project financials and provide insightful financial advice.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and local Indonesian accounting standards.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for cost control and financial optimization.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in construction and development accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the construction and development industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Certification in professional accounting bodies such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
