As a Senior Production Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and forecasts for semiconductor manufacturing operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain detailed production plans, schedules, and forecasts for semiconductor manufacturing operations.,Analyze production data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure smooth production operations.,Monitor production performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of products.,Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to improve production efficiency.,Lead and mentor junior production planners and team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in semiconductor manufacturing or related industries.,Strong knowledge of production planning and control systems, including ERP and MES software.,Proven track record of successfully implementing production plans and improving production efficiency.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma is a plus.
