📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staffing, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
