📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of software development projects.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure they are on track.,Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the software development industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
